Noa is a Senior Principal as S32 where she focuses on enterprise technology, AI/ML, and fintech investments. Representative deals include Deel and Pomelo, and she currently holds a board Observer seat for Medcrypt. Noa joined S32 from M12, Microsoft's venture fund, where she contributed to over 30 investments across applied AI/ML, cybersecurity and business productivity and held several board Director and Observer positions. As a member of the board, Ainhoa enjoys collaborating with leadership teams on corporate and financial strategy, fundraising, market positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
Noa previously worked as an MBA Associate at YL Ventures and at the University of Chicago Innovation Fund. Prior to that, Noa held several roles of increasing responsibility for Intel Corporation, where she oversaw valuation, reporting, and forecasting for nearly $1b of working capital. Noa received a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Emory University and studied at the London School of Economics. She also holds an MBA with a focus on entrepreneurship, finance, and strategic management from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. |
