Rahul Bhide | Ankh Impact Ventures
Consultant Rahul Bhide is currently with Ankh Impact Ventures, a seed-stage impact fund focused on sustainable consumption, digital economy, and smart cities. Before this, he was with the Strategy & Impact team at the Omidyar Network India, an impact investment fund started by the eBay founder, Pierre Omidyar. He worked on the first impact assessment of the $300M, six-sector portfolio. Rahul started his career as a consultant with Bain & Company. He is a current MBA student at the Yale School of Management, where he is a first-year leader of Fishbowl Ventures, the student-run impact fund, and has an BA in Economics and Political Science from UChicago ('16). |
Dr. Michael Campos | Prime Impact Fund
Associate Dr. Michael Campos is an Associate with Prime Impact Fund, with responsibility to source investment opportunities broadly, manage the Fund’s investment pipeline, and support investment diligence. His professional background spans basic and applied chemistry R&D, energy technology funding and evaluation, and venture investing. Prior to Prime Impact Fund, Michael was a Fellow at the Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy (ARPA-E) in the U.S. Department of Energy, where he developed funding programs in advanced geothermal energy, proof-of-concept R&D within startups, and technology scale-up. He holds a B.A. from Northwestern University, and a Ph.D., M.Phil, and M.A. in chemistry from Columbia University, where his dissertation focused on colloidal quantum dots and their applications in LED lighting. Some of his work has been featured in Science, AgFunder, Greentech Media, and the New York Times. |
Sebastian Molina Gasman | Seedstars
Investment Analyst Sebastian Molina Gasman is an Investment Analyst at Seedstars, a global seed stage VC fund investing in emerging market entrepreneurs that are looking to improve people's lives. He has an MPA from Cornell University where he was an Environmental Finance and Impact Investing Fellow and a Bachelor's degree from Tulane University. Previous to Seedstars, he worked in the financial technology space where he interacted closely with players in the financial industry in Mexico and Central America. He is passionate about catalyzing environmental and social impact through the use of investment capital. He is a CFA charterholder and speaks Spanish and English. |
Brittany Henry | Impact America Fund
Senior Associate As a Senior Associate at Impact America Fund, Brittany brings deep expertise in due diligence and organizational design to her work. She first joined the firm as a graduate fellow in 2017, helping to shape the overall strategic direction, and is now a Senior Associate with a particular interest in unlocking asset ownership for communities of color. Prior to joining IAF, she worked as a management consultant in the strategy practice at KPMG, focusing on mergers and acquisitions for large corporate clients, and on financial process improvement for clients at Accenture. She received her M.B.A. from the Chicago Booth School of Business and her B.S. in Business Administration from Hampton University. |
Ander Iruretagoyena | Impact Engine
Senior Associate Ander is a Senior Associate at Impact Engine focused on private equity investments in companies driving positive impact in education, economic empowerment, health, and environmental sustainability. Prior to joining Impact Engine, Ander was an investment banking associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, working with Latin American corporations. During these years, Ander worked on a total of 17 transactions for $10.7B across 4 products, 9 industries and 6 geographies. Ander also previously worked on financial inclusion strategies at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Ander holds a BA in Economics as well as Latin American Studies from the University of Chicago, and will be completing his MBA degree from the Chicago Booth School of Business this summer. |

AB, '22 Brianna Chou is a third year at the College studying Economics with a Specialization in Business and Philosophy. Outside of class, she serves as Vice President of the UChicago Impact Investing Group, and she recently finished working at the Paulson Institute as a Green Finance Research Intern. Currently, she is interning in the Private Equity division of the New York State Teachers’ Retirement System, and she looks forward to a career at the intersection of business and social impact. |
