Andrew Behar | As You Sow
CEO

Andrew Behar is CEO of As You Sow, the nation’s leading non-profit practitioner of shareholder advocacy and engagement. Since 1992, As You Sow has used shareholder power to align investments with values and compel companies to reduce material risk on issues including climate change; toxins in the food system; ocean plastics; diversity, equity, and inclusion; racial justice; and wage equity. Previously Andrew was a documentary filmmaker and entrepreneur founding start-ups developing an innovative physiological monitoring medical device and grid-scale fuel cells. He is on the board of the Responsible Sourcing Network is on the XPrize Brain-Trust for Abundant Energy and the advisory boards of Real Impact Tracker and 1-Earth Institute. His book, The Shareholders Action Guide: Unleash Your Hidden Powers to Hold Corporations Accountable, was published in November 2016 by Berrett-Koehler.

Molly Betournay | Clean Yield Asset Management
Director of Social Research and Shareholder Advocacy

Molly leads Clean Yield’s social research and shareholder engagement efforts. She joined
the team in 2017, building on her 14 years of experience in socially responsible investing.
Molly started her career in sustainability research at Pax World Management Corp., where
she evaluated companies on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria for
inclusion in the firm’s funds and engaged with companies around the issues of gender
equity and sustainability reporting. Molly then joined EIRIS, an ethical investment research
provider, where she oversaw a team of analysts covering the ethical, environmental, and
social profiles of U.S. companies. Most recently, Molly served as the Director of ESG and
Impact Investing at Pathstone Federal Street, where she led due diligence on ESG and
impact strategies across asset classes.

Liz Michaels | Aperio
Co-Head

Liz Michaels is Co-Head of Aperio where she has held various responsibilities since joining in 2008. Prior to Aperio, Liz was responsible for the $11 billion defined contribution managed accounts business at Ibbotson Associates, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Morningstar, Inc. Earlier in her career, she was the Chief Operating Officer of Morningstar, Inc., and served on the company’s Executive Committee. Liz was also the President of Jellyvision, Inc., an interactive firm best known for its game You Don't Know JackTM, and Associate Dean/Director of the Career Advising and Planning Services office at the University of Chicago. She has a BA in Economics and an MBA from the University of Chicago.​

As the first family of responsible and diversified fossil fuel free mutual funds in the U.S., Green
Century Capital Management has been a leader in environmentally and socially responsible
investing for thirty years. Gigi Norcross supports financial advisors in the Midwest, South, and
East Coast and coordinates sustainable investing event participation. Prior to joining Green
Century, Ms. Norcross managed the client services division of a fundraising company serving
some of the leading nonprofit organizations in the U.S.
