King Leung | Warburg Pincus
Vice President King Leung is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2018 and focuses on Technology & Technology-enabled services buyouts as part of the Strategic Investments Group (“SIG”). He is active in the firm’s investments in Infoblox, GA Foods and Reorg. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Leung was an investment professional at GTCR, a private equity firm based in Chicago. He began his career as an investment banker with J.P. Morgan. Mr. Leung received an A.B. in Economics from the University of Chicago and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. While at UChicago, he chaired the investment committee of The Blue Chips. |
David Liu | The Carlyle Group
Associate David Liu is an Associate at Carlyle in the Technology Group based in Menlo Park, CA. He primarily focuses on buyout and growth equity investments in enterprise software and tech-enabled services, and has been involved with Carlyle’s investments in NEOGOV, Veritas, HireVue, and Hexaware. Prior to joining Carlyle, David was an investment banking analyst in the Global Technology Group at Morgan Stanley. David received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago and was a Dougan Scholar at the Chicago Booth School of Business. Fernando Guerrero | Warburg Pincus
Associate Fernando Guerrero is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2021 and focuses on large Technology and Technology-enabled services investments as part of the Strategic Investments Group (“SIG”). Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Guerrero was an Investment Banker in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at J.P. Morgan. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago. While at UChicago, he was Co-President of the Undergraduate Investment Banking Group. |
Anastasiya Pasheyeva | Thoma Bravo
Associate Anastasiya Pasheyeva is an Associate on the Flagship team at Thoma Bravo. Based in Miami, she joined the firm in 2021. Prior to Thoma Bravo, she was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology Group at Credit Suisse in New York. Anastasiya earned a BA degree in Economics from the University of Chicago. While at UChicago, she was Co-President of the Undergraduate Investment Banking Group. |
