Adam Garner | DRW
​Partner, Global Head of FICC Options

Adam Garner is a Partner and Global Head of FICC Options at DRW, joining the firm in August 2017. Adam manages a team of traders, developers and researchers around the world.

Before joining DRW, Adam was a Portfolio Manager with Citadel’s fixed income division, specializing in macroeconomic interest rate strategies with a focus on options and volatility. His career started in 2003 at Credit Suisse First Boston as an interest rate options trader, later becoming Co-Head of non-linear interest rates trading.

Adam graduated from MIT with a double major in electrical engineering and finance.

Dan Pires | Akuna Capital
Senior Trader

Dan Pires joined Akuna Capital in September of 2015 where he began his career as a Trader on the Commodities Team. More recently, his primary focus has been running our Trader Training Program; Akuna’s intensive group education program concentrating on the development of our new trading hires during their early careers.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia. Upon graduation he began his trading career at SIG, trading on the floor of the American Stock Exchange in New York. He’s also worked in London and Chicago over the years and traded options on commodities, fixed income and US and European equity products.

Jeffrey Zhang | IMC
Trader

Jeff Zhang started as a Quant Trader at IMC in 2017 trading fixed income options before moving to lead the commodities options team and most recently to leading an equity options team trading top tech names. Jeff graduated from the University of Chicago with a major in Computational and Applied Math.

Joe Fennessey | Finalyze Capital
CEO/Portfolio Manager

Joe Fennessey is the CEO and Portfolio Manager of Finalyze Capital. Joe developed Finalyze's mean-reversion trading strategy while in college at the University of Chicago and started trading it in his personal account in March of 2016. He started managing client capital in July of 2017, Finalyze's inception. Joe's been running Finalyze full-time since graduating from the University of Chicago in June of 2018 with degrees in Mathematics, Statistics, and Economics.
